If the link does not arrive

It went to a different address than you expectedthe usual one

The only address we hold is the one you typed into Stripe when you paid — not the address on your domain, and not one you have used elsewhere. If you checked out with a personal account, or let a browser autofill something, that is the address the link went to. Your Stripe receipt has it printed at the top.

It is a link from a site you never made an account onso it can look like spam

OutRip has no signup, so nothing about the mail matches a login you remember making — which is exactly the shape a spam filter distrusts. It comes from hello@thecompound.tech with the subject “Your OutRip collection”.

Ask again — there is no limit and nothing is spentthe link expires in 30 minutes

A link is good for thirty minutes and then it is dead; asking for another costs nothing and invalidates nothing. The link cannot spend anything. It restores your collection to whichever browser opens it, and that is the whole of what it can do — no card is traded in, no dust moves, and nothing is charged.
